1. Who we are and your acceptance of these terms

This website, https://www.aion-health.eu, is operated by L. A. Business Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 204481, with its registered address at Kyriakou Matsi 11, 7th Floor, Office 701, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean L. A. Business Consultancy Ltd. AION is the brand under which we operate our clinic.

By accessing or using this website, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This website and our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The site is not directed at children.

2. What this website is for

This website is informational. It describes the diagnostics, therapies and programs offered at our clinic, and it invites you to request a consultation by phone or email. There are no user accounts, no patient portal and no online medical records on this site.

The website does not provide medical services or medical advice. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician. For a full explanation, please read our Medical Disclaimer.

This website and our clinic are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 112 immediately.

Where the site lets you book an appointment or pay online, booking is handled by Calendly and payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Any price for a service is confirmed with you before you pay, and what your plan includes is always set with your physician first. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for paid online consultations are governed by our Consultation Cancellation and Refund Policy.

3. No doctor-patient relationship through this website

Using this website, reading its content or contacting us to request a consultation does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins with an actual consultation, when one of our physicians assesses you personally and takes responsibility for your care.

Every therapy and program described on this site is subject to a physician assessment and an eligibility review. Not every service is suitable for every person. We may decline to provide a service where our physicians determine that it is not clinically appropriate for you.

Descriptions of diagnostics, therapies and programs on this site are general. What is actually recommended for you, if anything, is decided individually by a physician after assessment.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images, graphics, page layouts, logos and the AION brand and visual identity, belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission. In particular, you may not:

• Reproduce, republish or distribute site content for commercial purposes.
• Use the AION name, logo or branding without our written consent.
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from any content you copy for personal use.
