AION separates established practice, emerging evidence and what it will not offer, then explains that distinction plainly.

Evidence is a position that determines how AION can responsibly act.

Three evidence positions.
No blurred middle.

The position changes what can be offered, how confidently it can be discussed, and what your physician must tell you about its limits.

IN CLINICAL USE

Established and used

Diagnostics with a documented clinical basis, and therapies with defined indications, known risks and physician-reviewed eligibility.

  • Can be recommended where your findings support it
  • Comes with defined eligibility and known risks
  • Your physician explains what it can and cannot do

How something earns
a place at AION.

Sounding advanced is not enough. A test or therapy has to pass a practical clinical review before it becomes part of patient care.

01

A documented clinical basis

02

A defined patient and indication

03

Known risks and contraindications

04

An explainable real-world benefit

05

Clear limits on what it can claim

06

Physician ownership of the decision

No cure. No detox.
No guaranteed outcome.

Diagnostics narrow uncertainty. Therapies address a specific, documented finding. Neither predicts the future or replaces ongoing medical judgment.

When evidence does not support a claim, AION will not make it. When uncertainty remains, your physician should explain where it remains and why.

See these standards applied,
study by study.

The clinical evidence library takes one treatment or test at a time and reads the actual scientific studies behind it: what is established, what is still emerging, and where a promising marker has not yet become a proven outcome. Every source is named, and every review shows who checked it.

Questions about evidence at AION

What counts as evidence-based longevity medicine at AION?

Diagnostics and therapies with a documented clinical basis, reviewed by AION's physicians, with clearly defined eligibility criteria and known limitations. Anything without that basis is not offered, regardless of how it is marketed elsewhere.

Does AION offer experimental or unproven therapies?

No. AION does not offer therapies as a cure, a detox, or a guaranteed outcome, and does not offer anything without a diagnostic finding behind it.

How does AION decide what to add to its diagnostic or treatment offering?

AION's physicians review the evidence behind a tool or therapy, define who it suits and who it does not, and only offer it once they can explain its real limitations to a patient directly.

Can a physician tell me if something isn't backed by evidence?

Yes. If you ask about a test or therapy AION does not use, your physician will tell you plainly why, rather than offering a version of it anyway.

Ask the difficult question.
Expect a plain answer.

A physician can explain what your results support, what remains uncertain and why a particular test or therapy may, or may not, belong in your plan.
