One method.
Built around you.

Every AION case follows the same clinical sequence. What happens inside that sequence is determined by your history, findings and response over time.

The consultation and body-composition assessment room at AION in Limassol

The same five steps for every patient.
Never the same plan.

The five steps of
every AION case.

Every program and every therapy on this site sits somewhere on this line. It is the same sequence for a first assessment and for a plan in its second year.

STEP 01

Discovery

Your history, lifestyle, family risk and current questions establish what deserves attention first.

STEP 02

Diagnostics

Testing is selected for your case rather than taken from a fixed package applied to everyone.

STEP 03

Integrated review

A physician reads each result as part of one clinical picture, not as a stack of separate reports.

STEP 04

Treatment decision

Treatment is considered only when a documented finding gives your physician a reason to use it.

STEP 05

Monitoring

Reassessment shows whether the plan is working and gives every future result a meaningful baseline.

Then it repeats. That is what makes it a method, not a visit.

The method stays.
The plan changes.

Two people can arrive with the same question and leave with different diagnostics, priorities and follow-up.

The method provides the discipline. Your history, findings and response determine the decisions inside it.

Three principles that do not move.

01

Diagnostics come first

A request for treatment never replaces the work of establishing whether it is appropriate.

02

A physician remains responsible

Interpretation, recommendations and changes to the plan remain clinical decisions.

03

Progress has to be measured

The plan returns to the data so care can continue, change direction or stop when it should.

Questions about the AION method

What is the AION method?

A five-step, physician-led process: discovery and risk assessment, advanced diagnostics scoped to your case, an integrated medical review, treatment only where a finding supports it, and ongoing monitoring. Every AION program is an entry point into this same process.

Do I need to go through every step?

You always start with discovery and diagnostics. Whether you move into treatment depends entirely on what your results show. Many patients complete an assessment and monitoring plan without ever needing a therapy.

How is this different from a regular check-up?

A regular check-up is usually a short appointment built around whatever you happen to mention. AION's process is built around measuring biological function directly, tracking it over time, and having a physician read the whole picture together rather than one test at a time.

What happens if my diagnostics come back normal?

Then that is your baseline, and it is genuinely useful information. Your physician builds a monitoring schedule around it so any future change is caught against your own results, not a population average.

Your first step is a conversation,
not a commitment.

A physician starts by understanding your case. If AION is the right setting for it, the next steps are explained before anything is booked.
